PURPOSE: An advertisement providing device using an instant coupon and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to confirm the winning by using a number of an instant coupon. CONSTITUTION: A control unit of an advertisement providing device checks whether or not a winning confirmation request signal is inputted (S311). The control unit drives an instant coupon number recognition unit and checks whether or not a recognition request through an input unit is generated (S313,S315). After the control unit recognizes an instant coupon number of a coupon, the control unit confirms the winning by comparing the coupon number with a winning number (S317). The control unit recognizes the instant coupon number (S317-1). A winning number generation unit outputs the winning number or a generated winning number to a consistency calculation unit (S317-2). After the consistency calculation unit calculates consistency between the winning number and the instant coupon number when the winning number and the instant coupon number are inputted, the consistency calculation unit outputs wining ranking to the control unit (S317-4). The control unit checks whether or not the winning ranking is inputted from the consistency calculation unit after a recognition request of the instant coupon number (S319). When the winning ranking is inputted from the consistency calculation unit, an advertisement corresponding to the winning ranking is displayed on a display unit (S321).
