PURPOSE: A wind power and small hydropower combining generator is provided to differentiate the number of rotations of a wind turbine and multiple hydro turbines which are rotated to the same direction by a rotary shaft according to a speed reducer, a speed increaser and a fly wheel, thereby continuing an operation state of the wind power and small hydropower combining generator without an electric motor. CONSTITUTION: A wind power and small hydropower combining generator includes a rotary shaft (200), a wind turbine (210), first and second hydro turbines (211,212), a speed reducer (220), a speed increaser (221), and a fly wheel (230). The rotary shaft is supported by multiple support columns (70) in an upper part of a water tank (100) to be horizontal with a constant height. The wind turbine is installed in the center of the rotary shaft. The first and second hydro turbines are installed in left and right sides of the rotary shaft leaving the wind turbine in the middle. The speed reducer installed between the wind turbine and the first hydro turbine about the rotary shaft reduces the number of rotations of the first hydro turbine better than the wind turbine. The speed increaser installed between the wind turbine and the second hydro turbine about the rotary shaft increases the number of rotations of the second hydro turbine.
