SELF ALIGNING IDLER ROLLER STRUCTURE FOR WEB TRANSPORT APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A self-alignment idle roller structure of a web transfer device is provided to obtain a precise printing quality by easily aligning a web at a desired printing position. CONSTITUTION: A self-alignment idle roller structure of a web transfer device comprises a support beam (110), a circular beam (121), an idle roller (120), and an alignment members (130,140). The support beam is arranged in an X-axis direction, and one end of the support beam is fixed on a wall. The circular beam is arranged by being spaced from the support team in a y-axis direction orthogonal to an x-axis direction. The idle roller is externally inserted into the circular beam and rotated by the tension of the web. The alignment members connects the support beam and both end portions of the circular beam so that the both end portions of the circular beam have predetermined freedom to an x-axis and a y-axis, or a z-axis orthogonal to the x-axis and the y-axis by the tension of the web.
