PURPOSE: A short circuit accident preventing discriminator is provided to check whether a short circuit accident occurs or not by connecting an electronic device or an electronic circuit to a socket before supplying power and to remove the electronic device or the electronic circuit in which the short circuit accident occurs after checking the situation of the short circuit accident, thereby preventing an accident caused by a short circuit. CONSTITUTION: A short circuit preventing discriminator supplies power to an earth leakage breaker (ELCB) and a fuse (F) through a molded-case circuit breaker (MCCB), serially connects a short circuit indicating light (L) and a socket (CT1) to a rear end of the MCCB and connects an electronic device and an electronic circuit in which the short circuit possibly occurs to the CT1.
