PURPOSE: A needle punching non-woven fabric composition containing multi-wall carbon nanotubes is provided to ensure sound absorption and to block noise and vibration generated between floors in an apartment. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a needle punching non-woven fabric composition containing multi-wall carbon nanotubes for reducing noise between floors comprises: a step of putting water, ion-exchanged water, aqueous emulsion resin, zinc borate, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, calcium-alumino silicate into a mixer; a step of mixing nano ceramic powder to the mixture; and a step of putting the multi-wall nanotubes to the mixture. |
