PURPOSE: A filtering apparatus with a drain path is provided to allow a user to easily work on by automatically inducing filtered oil into a filtering part to a vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION: A filtering apparatus comprises a main body (100), a filtering part (200), a fixing member (250) and a guide disc (300). An influx unit (102) and an inflow unit (103) which discharges and sucks a flowing liquid from a vacuum pump are equipped on the main body. The guide disc is equipped in the lower part of the filtering part and the main body with the inflow part but in the center of the disc, a inducing hole is formed with the inflow part and a penetrating part connected. In the guide disc, a drain path (320) is formed in a direction from the outside of the inflow part to the inflow part of the main body. Filtered oil which is stored between the inside of the main body and the filtering part is moved to the inflow part through the drain path.
