PURPOSE: An environment- friendly nontoxic high-strength soil color block is provided to curb discharge of toxic materials while maintaining strength by adding blast furnace slage and natural fiber materials as strength enhancement instead of cement. CONSTITUTION: An environment- friendly nontoxic high-strength soil color block (100) comprises an upper layer block (102) and a lower layer block (104). A mixture for the upper layer block is composed of 10-15 weight% of soil, 2-4 weight% of pigment, 55-70 weight% of one among dolomite, silica, or nepheline, 0.8-3 weight% of jute, 15-18 weight% of blast furnace slag powder, 0.8-1 weight% of solidification agent, 0.4-2 weight% of biotite, 0.6-1 weight% of zeolite, and 0.4-1 weight% of liquid state admixture.
