PURPOSE: A buckle steel band clamp by one touch is provided to prevent a fastening screw firstly fixing a steel band from releasing and to endure high tension such as a fixed steel band clamp. CONSTITUTION: A buckle steel band clamp by one touch comprises a steel band (10) and a fixing hole (20). The fixing hole includes a fastening screw (210), a second connecting piece, a fastening screw holder (220), a bottom plate, and a lateral plate. The fastening screw holder includes a first connecting piece and an upper plate where the second connecting piece connected to an upper part. A latching piece in which is protruded is formed to both sides of the upper plate. A rotary piece in which is protruded is formed to both sides of the first connecting piece. The fastening screw holder is built in the bottom plate and is connected to the steel band.
