PURPOSE: An input device and a user device including the input device are provided to increase efficiency of the user device, by implementing a hole type input part. CONSTITUTION: A transmission part (120) is formed in the side of a hole type input part (110), and transmits a sensing signal passing through the input part from the side. A receiving part (130) receives the sensing signal, and receives user request through an input object (10) inserted into a hole from the user. The receiving part detects position information about the input object on the basis of the sensing signal, and the transmission part transmits the sensing signal to the direction. When the transmission part transmits the sensing signal to a plurality of directions, the transmission part transmits the sensing signal to the direction as changing a transmission zone.
