PURPOSE: A pipe extension rate measuring device is provided to minimize errors generated in a process of measuring a pipe extension rate of a pipe member, thereby implementing more minute measurement. CONSTITUTION: A pipe extension rate measuring device includes a pressing unit, a pie extension inducing unit (300), and a deformation measuring unit (400). One of an upper press and a lower press is arranged on the pressing unit to be elevated. The pipe extension inducing unit is seated on the lower press, and a cross sectional diameter of the pipe extension inducing unit is expanded so that the lower part of a pipe member (500) which is inserted into the top of the pressing unit is expanded. The deformation measuring unit measures the deformation of the pipe member expanded by the expansion inducing unit.
