SEISMIC RETROFIT SYSTEM FOR RC COLUMN

PURPOSE: A seismic reinforcement device for reinforced concrete columns is provided to reinforce the shearing force of a column and to improve lateral force resistant seismic performance. CONSTITUTION: A seismic reinforcement device for reinforced concrete columns comprises a band panel member (120) and a fixing member. A band panel member adheres to the outer surface of a column (110) to spirally surround the column from the top end to the bottom end. The band panel member comprises a plurality of members and is inclined at a predetermined angle. The center of the band panel member is formed with a plurality of holes (121) in the longitudinal direction. Both tip ends of the band panel member are formed with a plurality of holes (122) in the vertical direction. The band panel member is fixed to a reinforced concrete column using the fixing member.
