PURPOSE: A wet razor and a method for manufacturing a cartridge are provided to save resources by replacing only head after using the razor because the head can be separated by controlling a button of a handle. CONSTITUTION: A wet razor comprises a head which can be elastically tilted along a groove formed in one side of the head. The head can be separated by controlling a button of a handle. |
