PURPOSE: It can be convenient and the polymorphic detection probe can determine the polymorphic of the EGFR gene to moreover, the excellent reliability. CONSTITUTION: It is the probe possible that the polymorphic detection probe detects the genovariation of EGFR. It comprises the fluorescent label oligonucleotide selected from below P5 to P7 more than one kind. (P5) The oligonucleotide consisting of the base sequence of the sequence number 5; (P6) The oligonucleotide consisting of the base sequence of the sequence number 4; (P7) The oligonucleotide consisting of the base sequence of the sequence number 6. The fluorescent label oligonucleotide emits the fluorescence when not hybridizing to the target sequence. Moreover, when hybridizing to the target sequence the fluorescence intensity reduces or it increases.
