PURPOSE: A disk brake is provided to buffer vibration which is applied to a pad plate when braking by using a pad spring and to add the connected structure of a guide unit with the pad plate. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake comprises a carrier(40) and a holding unit(71). The carrier comprises a plurality of guide units(41) for guiding both sides of pad plates(20,30). The holding unit is arranged in both ends of the pad plate. The holding unit vertically holds guide units in order to connect guide units. The guide unit comprises a spring support surface and a holding unit support surface. The spring support surface supports a pad spring(60). The holding unit support surface holds and supports the holding unit. A space between the spring support surface and the pad plate is smaller than a space between the holding unit support surface and the pad plate. |
