<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize a PID(Potential Induced Degradation) phenomenon which is generated by a shunt leakage current by providing an insulation layer which has a high dielectric constant. CONSTITUTION: A rear surface electrode layer(200) is arranged on a support substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is arranged on the rear surface electrode layer. A buffer layer(400) is arranged on the light absorption layer. An insulation layer(500) is arranged on the buffer layer and has a higher dielectric constant than the buffer layer. A front surface electrode layer(600) is arranged on the insulation layer.</p> |
