A network system and a network forming method are provided to increase the convenience of a user by excluding passiveness in usage in the case of frequently transmitting data such as authentication/identification. A network system includes a first communication part(210), a second communication part(220), a third communication part(310) and a fourth communication part(320). The first communication part forms a first communication network. The second communication part forms a second communication network if the second communication part is located in a LAN(Local Area Network) region, processes authentication, and transmits network access information or network separation information of the first communication network to the first communication part. The third communication part forms the second communication network, processes the authentication, and transmits operation control information. The fourth communication part is operated by the operation control information and forms the first communication part and the first communication network. |
