The stewpan comprises a container (1) that includes an interior wall and an aluminum cast envelope (2) and is made of granite or another stone machined from a block of stone or natural granite, and an indissociable unit formed with a body obtained after aluminum thermal injection at 665[deg] C inside a steel mold or placed before the container. An edge device (3) surrounds the container, and is an integral part of the aluminum envelope envisaged during the realization of the steel mold used to manufacture the indissociable unit and retaining the aluminum envelope in the container.
