PURPOSE: A slip-preventing pain-film-type floor material composition is provided to increase slip resistance after construction and to reduce a construction period by using hydrophilic PVA system micro fibers and siliceous water proof material. CONSTITUTION: A slip-preventing paint-film-type floor material has 65-80 weight % of a powder composition and 20-35 weight% of a liquid composition. The powder composition comprises 28-39 weight% of cement, 7-12 weight% of plaster, 3-6 weight% of silicate waterproofing material, 0.4-1.2 weight% of superplasticizer, 0.05-0.5 weight% of a curing promoting agent, 35-60 weight% of aggregate, 1.5-5 weight% of coloring, and 0.05-0.3 weight% of hydrophilic PVA system micro fiber The liquid composition comprises 35-73 weight% of pure acryl emulsion, 3-20 weight% of styrene-butadiene latex, 0.05-0.3 weight% of antifoaming agent, 0.25-0.7 weight% of wetting agent, and 0.05-1.3 weight% of hydrophilic PVA system microfiber. Erwin cement with Al2O3 content over 35 weight% is mixed within 28-39 weight% of the powder composition. The hydrophilic PVA system microfibers have specific gravity of 26g/cm^3, 11 micrometer of diameter, 9000kgf/cm^2 of tensile strength, and 3-8 mili meter of length.
