PURPOSE: A carbon fiber processing apparatus is provided to carry out non-inflammable process for increasing productivity and reducing defects. CONSTITUTION: A carbon fiber processing apparatus an oxidation stabilization path (100) obtaining non-inflammable fiber (P1) made out of heat process carbon fiber yarn (P) with heat process. The oxidation stabilization path comprises room with a sucking part (101) for carbon fiber yarn and a discharging part (102) for carbon fiber yarn and a heating path (106) with a sucking part (103) and a discharging part (104) for heated air. The sucking part is comprised with space and connected to a spraying pipe (108) in a direction where several spraying nozzles (107) are arranged so that the heated air moves to carbon fiber yarn made of carbon fiber. In the sucking and discharging parts, non-inflammable gas go through to be comprised of an air spraying device (111) with air and the non-inflammable gas is made of nitrogen gas.
