PURPOSE: A parallel linkage type operating device for heavy construction equipment is provided to prevent a working tool from being inclined to the inside in the rise of the working tool by operating a parallel lever and a parallel link. CONSTITUTION: A parallel linkage type operating device for heavy construction equipment comprises a base frame (110), a lift arm (120), and a lift cylinder (130), a parallel link (140), a parallel lever (150), a bucket cylinder (160), a tilt lever (170), and joint shaft parts (181,182,183). One end of a joint shaft part is rotatably joined to the central side of the parallel lever. The other end of the joint shaft is rotatably joined to the central side of the tilt lever. The parallel link and the parallel lever relatively rotate to approach the joint part of the parallel link and the base frame, and the joint part of the parallel lever and the bucket cylinder in the rise of the lift arm without operating the bucket cylinder.
