PURPOSE: A tension coating agent composite for chromium free grain-oriented electrical steel sheet for having excellent drying speed and insulating, a method for forming an insulating film using the same, and grain-oriented electrical steel having the insulation film formed by the method are provided to suppress the deterioration of insulation defect and adhesion which are generated due to poor dryness, by allowing proxidant to accelerate the reaction speed of phosphate. CONSTITUTION: A tension coating agent composite for chromium free grain-oriented electrical steel sheet for having excellent drying speed and insulating has metal phosphate and colloidal silica as main component in the insulation film treatment process of grain-oriented electrical steel sheet. The metal phosphate is mixed solution in which first magnesium phosphate (Mg(H_2PO_4)_2) and first aluminum phosphate (Al(H_2PO_4)_3) are mixed. The colloidal silica of 30 to 60g and the proxidant of 2 to15g are included in the metal phosphate solution of 100g. |
