PURPOSE: A recombinant high density lipoprotein containing an apolipoprotein variant, V156K, is provided to effectively protect or regenerate a tissue, to prevent or treat diabetes, diabetes complication, and aging-related diseases, and to be used in a pharmaceutical composition, a health food composition, and a cosmetic composition. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating diabetes or diabetes complication contains a recombinant high density lipoprotein containing apolipoprotein variant, V156K, as an active ingredient. The recombinant high density lipoprotein contains phospholipid, cholesterol, apolipoprotein variant, V156K, and sodium cholate. The high density lipoprotein contains pamitoyloleoyl phosphatidylcholine, cholesterol, V156K-apoA-I, and sodium cholate in a molar ratio of 50-1000 : 1-100 : 0.1-10 : 100-2000. |
