PURPOSE: A pumping device of a seat for a vehicle is provided to prevent the restoration malfunction of a lever in the deformation of a return spring and to maximize space utilization by reducing the thickness of a pumping device. CONSTITUTION: A pumping device of a seat for a vehicle comprises a clutch unit (230), a brake unit (240), a front side housing (220), a lever bracket (210), and a return spring (232). The clutch unit delivers rotatory power inputted from a handle lever to a link unit. The brake unit fixes the link unit. The front side housing is fixed to one side of a seat and comprises a space for accepting the clutch and brake units inside. The lever bracket is arranged outside the front side housing and connects the handle lever and the clutch unit. The return spring is arranged inside the front side housing and restores the lever bracket to an initial position by generating restoration power in the opposite direction to the rotatory power. |
