PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for a cooking appliance is provided to convert the direction of air with a convection fan and then to pass the air between at least two heating pipes which are symmetrically up and down, and left and right, thereby quickly heating the heating pipes with heat exchange. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger for a cooking appliance includes a heat exchange part (200) and a convection fan (300). The heat exchange part heats the air with heat exchange. The convection fan sucks the air and discharges the sucked air to the heat exchange part. The heat exchange part comprises a combustion chamber, a discharge pipe, and heating pipes. The combustion chamber generates combustion gas with a burner. The discharge pipe receives and discharges the combustion gas. The heating pipe simultaneously receives heat from the combustion gas passing inside the heating pipe and is heated. The heating pipe radiates the heat to the outside in order to heat the air. |
