摘要 PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an alloy substrate of iron and nickel used for a solar cell is provided to manufacture a Fe-Ni alloy substrate for a solar cell which improves energy efficiency of a solar cell consecutively with an excellent productivity by controlling a surface roughness of a substrate efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing an alloy substrate of iron and nickel used for a solar cell comprises the following steps: an electrolyte including 0.1g/ls to 4.0g/l of at least one kind of a surfactant to one side or both sides of a conductive base plate (11) supplied with a horizontal to a fixed direction; a current is applied to the conductive base plate acting as a cathode and an anode electrode equipped by separating in one side or both sides of the conductive base plate in order to attach iron and nickel in the conductive base plate; and an alloy film of nickel and iron is obtained by separating an alloy deposition layer of nickel and iron formed by attaching nickel and iron.
