<p>PURPOSE: A hot-rolled steel sheet having an excellent aging resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve efficiency in pickling with an excellent descaling property, to prevent environmental contamination, and to shorten a process. CONSTITUTION: A hot-rolled steel sheet having an excellent aging resistance is formed with steel containing 0.10 to 0.25 wt% of C, 0.1 to 0.3 wt% of Mn, 0.02 to 0.07 wt% of Al, 0.001 to 0.004 wt% of N, and remnants Fe and other inevitable impurities. A manufacturing method of the steel sheet implements a shot blasting process on the surface of the steel sheet with jetting shot balls at a velocity of 50 to 60m/sec. The size of the shot ball is 0.2 to 0.35mm.
