摘要 The present invention relates to a porous support having improved strength, a reinforced composite electrolyte membrane using same, a membrane-electrode assembly having same membrane, and a fuel cell having same membrane. The porous support of the present invention is the porous support having the strength that is rapidly improved by introduction of a heat-treatment means or a cross-linking agent after electrospinning, and a porous support of various polymer materials applied to the electrospinning and a reinforced composite electrolyte membrane manufactured by dipping a proton conducting polymer in the inside of the porous support can be provided. Thereby, the reinforced composite electrolyte membrane of the present invention maintains high porosity and improves mechanical strength, an electrochemical property, and durability, and the performance of the membrane-electrode assembly using the same and the fuel cell using the same can be improved.
