PURPOSE: A vehicle stopper block for harbors is provided to improve discrimination power of a driver or a worker by installing a reflecting mirror including a reflector on a round groove unit covered by a lens. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle stopper block (100) for harbors comprises a block body (110), a lens (120), a reflecting mirror (130), and a reflector (140). A plurality of round groove units (111) is arranged in order to face the front so that the block body is formed. The lens covers the round groove unit and forms the reflecting mirror in the center. The reflector is formed along the periphery of the reflecting mirror and collects the incident light penetrating the lens to the reflector.
