PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electric connection part which joins a conductive wire to a connection terminal member using vibrations generated by a bonder tool in a more reliable manner, and to provide the electric connection part.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an electric connection part includes the steps of: placing a solidified primary molding resin member 20 in contact with a conductive connection terminal member 30 with a clearance, in which a resin may flow, (a clearance formed by a recessed part 23 of the primary molding resin member and a rear surface part 32 of the connection terminal member) provided between the primary molding resin member and the connection terminal member; flowing a secondary molding resin into the clearance and performing resin molding; vibrating a bonder tool 210 with a conductive wire 50 pressed against the connection terminal member using the bonder tool thereby joining the conductive wire to the connection terminal member. At that time, the rear surface part of the connection terminal member adheres to the secondary molding resin member 40, and thus the connection terminal member does not vibrate with the conductive wire. As a result, the conductive wire is firmly joined to the connection terminal member. |
