PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document feeding device capable of stably conveying documents while shortening a distance between the respective documents, and to provide an image forming apparatus having the same mounted thereon.SOLUTION: A document feeding device includes a one-way clutch provided at a driving pulley 50 of a discharge roller 42, not transmitting a torque to the discharge roller 42 and a conveyance roller 48 when a reverse roller 44 is rotated in a direction for placing a document read at a reading position 39 on a reverse tray 23, and transmitting a torque for delivering the document conveyed in a pre-discharge conveyance passage 47 to a discharge tray 24 to the discharge roller 42 and the conveyance roller 48 when rotated in the opposite direction, in other words, when the reverse roller 44 is rotated in a direction for switching back the document placed on the reverse tray 23. |
