PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intelligibly store, when a comment is written in a free entry column in which there is no restriction in a content to be described and an accurate content description is not required, implication of the comment entered in a free entry column even when a user whose national language is different from the written language, views it.SOLUTION: The comment management device for managing comments to be input by client terminals stores comments having an identical content by dividing it into language category of different national languages; accepts a registration request for registering a first comment from a client terminal and a designated language that is different from the language with which the first comment is described; newly translates the accepted first comment into the designated language; registers the accepted first comment for every comment that is stored in comment storage means and whose content is identical, associated with the described language; and registers a newly translated second commend associated with the designated language. |
