PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device adjusting the cutting depth and cutting concrete positioned behind a reinforcing steel, and a cutting method by the cutting device.SOLUTION: Water ejected from respective ejection ports of a collision nozzle 10 collides each other. Because energy of the water almost disappears at the collided position, the collision nozzle 10 executes cutting only to the vicinity of the collided position, and cutting can be executed at a desired depth. Therefore, even when the collision nozzle 10 ejects high pressure water while reciprocating in a block out hole 301, the concrete is not cut to the set depth or more. Also, by adjusting the ejecting direction, the concrete positioned behind the reinforcing steel can be cut. |
