PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slitter mechanism of a card cutter in which a slitter lower blade shaft is not needed, to slit or not to slit can be freely selected, therefore a user can properly use cutting patterns according to applications.SOLUTION: A slitter 14 has a freely rotatable upper blade shaft 18, a plurality of disk-shape upper blades are 19 fixed to the upper blade shaft 18 rotatably following the rotation of the upper blade shaft 18, disk shape lower blades 20 are fixed to the disk shape upper blades 19 respectively so as to slide the peripheral edges 21 each other to form pairs, and the lower blades 20 are oscillatably fixed to the upper blades 19. |
