PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in impact resistance and excellent also in rigidity, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains a polyamide resin and a polyolefin resin, and is prepared by melt-mixing the polyamide resin, the polyolefin resin and two or more compatibilizers (for example, a combination of a maleic acid-modified polyolefin resin and an epoxy-modified polyolefin resin, or the like).
