PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific combination of colorectal cancer markers based on statistical finding, which can detect more colorectal cancer patients while holding specificity at a high level.SOLUTION: A multiplex colorectal cancer marker panel is configured by a combination of five sorts of colorectal cancer markers composed of carcinoembryonic antigen, sugar-chain antigen 19-9, galectin 4, APEX nuclease, and actin-related protein 2. A method for analyzing colorectal cancer markers includes the steps of: respectively acquiring measurement values of the five sorts of colorectal cancer markers composed of the carcinoembryonic antigen, the sugar-chain antigen 19-9, the galectin 4, the APEX nuclease, and the actin-related protein 2 contained in a biological sample; respectively deriving probability scores of the five sorts of colorectal cancer markers by normalizing the measurement values of the five sorts of colorectal cancer markers and then deriving an average value of the probability scores; and performing evaluation concerned with a level of the average value of the probability scores on the basis of reference values of the five sorts of colorectal cancer markers. |
