PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image detector maintaining the resolution in six directions before and after binning of four pixels.SOLUTION: In a radiation detector 42, the TFT switch 4a of each pixel is turned on in response to a control signal from a plurality of first scanning lines G1, and a charge signal corresponding to the stored charges is transmitted to a data line D. In response to a control signal from a plurality of second scanning lines G2, the TFT switches 4b of pixels constituting each pixel group are turned on for each pixel group combining a plurality of adjoining pixels, and binning for simultaneously reading and compounding the charges of four pixels in the radiation detection element of the radiation detector 42 is performed, before transmitting a charge signal corresponding to the amount of charges to the data line D. |
