PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for joining a super-conducting material, capable of solving a problem of the resistance value.SOLUTION: A microwave chamber includes a first heat absorption plate, and a second heat absorption plate facing the first heat absorption plate. A first super-conducting material and a second super-conducting material are arranged between the first and second heat absorption plates in the microwave chamber. An overlapping region is provided between the first and second super-conducting materials, and the pressure is applied to the first and second heat absorption plates. Microwave power is supplied to the microwave chamber. The first and second heat absorption plates convert the microwave power into the thermal energy, and join the first and second super-conducting materials with each other at the overlapping region. |
