Disclosed is a method for reporting a measurement report of a measurement event. The method for reporting a measurement report comprises: determining that a user equipment (UE) in a discontinuous reception (DRX) mode activated state generates a measurement event; when it is determined that the measurement event is generated, determining whether a first trigger time corresponding to the measurement event is valid; when it is determined that the first trigger time is valid, timing the measurement event by using the first trigger time; when it is determined that the first trigger time is invalid, timing the measurement event by using a second trigger time, so that the UE is in an activated state of next one or more DRX modes following the generation of the measurement event. Also disclosed are a network device, a UE, and a method for configuring measurement parameters for a UE. Through the above manner, the present invention can improve the success rate of inter-cell mobile handover or the quality of the wireless link. |
