PURPOSE: A structure to install a side airbag for a vehicle is provided to improve the workability by fixing a lower fixed bolt using a nut while temporarily assembling the side airbag to a seatback frame using a clip. CONSTITUTION: A structure to install a side airbag for a vehicle comprises an inflator (100), a deflator (200), an impact absorbing pad (300), a cover (400), and a seatback frame (500). A pair of clips (130,150) in which a snap protrusion is formed is formed to be faced in an upper part of a lower fixed bolt (110) of the inflator. A fixed bolt hole (210) in which the lower fixed bolt is inserted is formed in a lower part of the deflator. A clip hole (250) in which the clip of the inflator is inserted is formed in an upper part of the fixed bolt hole. The seatback frame includes a clip exposed from a clip exposing hole (450) of the cover and a bolt exposing hole (410), a clip connecting hole (550) fixed by inserting the lower fixed bolt, and a bolt fixing hole (510).
