PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold pack using superabsorbent macromolecular polymer capable of extending duration time.SOLUTION: Spherical macromolecular polymers 5 are stored in a water non-permeable storage bag 3 and the spherical macromolecular polymers 5 contain water at almost 100 percent of the maximum water-absorbing capability, and the whole of the storage bag 3 is frozen. Thereby, water in the spherical macromolecular polymers 5 is frozen in a state with space between the macromolecular polymers in the storage bag 3. After a freezing operation, the storage bag 3 is taken out and then stored in a pocket prearranged on an underwear. The thermal conductivity is lowered by the space and dissolution due to overcooling is decreased, so that the duration time is prolonged. |
