PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a captured image with congestion that matches the eye width of a user, by adjusting the eye width without changing the camera parameters.SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus including first and second display sections that display first and second composite images, respectively, for both eyes of a user is further provided with a moving section for moving the positions of the first and second display sections, a detecting section for detecting the distances travelled of the first and second display sections, first and second imaging sections for acquiring first and second captured images, respectively, a clipping section for generating first and second clipped images by clipping a part of the first and second captured images, respectively, within a clip range corresponding to the distance travelled, and a composite image generating section for generating first and second composite images by compounding the first and second clipped images and first and second CG images. |
