PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining resistivity and sensitivity against leaf stripe disease in rice which does not depend on bioassay requiring labor, time and technique, and of which the application is not limited to the rice having a specific resistant gene source.SOLUTION: The method for determining the resistivity and sensitivity against the leaf stripe disease in the rice includes detecting at least one polymorphism possessed by a test rice and selected from the presence or absence of repeat in a specified gene sequence region of Stvb gene locus or in the region corresponding to the region, or single nucleotide polymorphisms in other different two sites or in the sites corresponding to the sites. |
