A compact luminaire is provided comprising a lighting module which includes a plurality of light emitting diodes. A driver portion is included to power the lighting module. The luminaire further comprises a housing configured to house both the driver portion and the lighting module, the housing having an opening to expose the lighting module. The luminaire is configured such that the driver portion is adjacent the lighting module. |
