A suspension descent system is disclosed. In order to overcome the problem of difficult operation in a seat-board single hanger for untrained person. The solution to the technical problem to be solved by the invention comprises a working rope, a descending device, a connecting device, and a carrier device. The working rope is tied a specially knot on the descending device. The solution is characterized in that, a rope guiding device is provided, which mainly comprises a fixed board, a connecting part, a first rope guiding component. The descend device is connected to the fixed board via the connecting part, the first rope guiding component is mounted on the fixed board, and the working rope is tied a specially knot on the descend device, and then is winded around the rope guiding device. The rope between the descending device and the first rope guiding component is the pulling end, and the rope behind the rope guiding part is free end. In the case of descending, the operator pulls the rope down, other than lifts the rope up. The suspension descent system is easier to operate and more reliable.
