PURPOSE: A pipe with a power generating function and a power generation system using the same are provided to generate electricity by using pressure, impact, and vibration which are generated when a fluid flows since multiple piezoelectric elements are provided. CONSTITUTION: A pipe with a power generating function comprises multiple piezoelectric elements (20). The multiple piezoelectric elements are located on at least one place among the inside, the outside, and the inner surface of a pipe (10), and generate electricity corresponding to an external force such as pressure, impact, and vibration of a fluid which flows inside a hollow of the pipe. One side of the multiple piezoelectric elements is combined with a flexible substrate. The flexible substrate is formed with a cylindrical shape, and inserted into at least one place among the inside, the outside, and the inner surface of the pipe.
