PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a powder composition for diet chicken is provided to help with obesity prevention while keeping the taste of chicken. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a powder composition for diet chicken comprises the step of: mixing 0.30-2.50wt% of levan powder, 0.03-0.50wt% of salt, 13.00-15.00wt% of starch, 0.10-0.20wt% of sodium carbonate, 0.15-0.20wt% of black pepper powder, 0.05-0.20wt% of chicken base, 0.10-0.20wt% of Curcuma aromatica powder, 0.15-0.20wt% of garlic powder, 0.15-0.25wt% of baking powder, 0.15-0.30wt% of vanilla flavor, 0.05-0.08wt% of cinnamon powder, 0.15-0.30wt% of sugar, 0.10-0.25wt% of curry powder, 0.05-0.10wt% of oregano powder, 0.05-0.10wt% of flavoring additive(Dasida), 0.05-0.10wt% of mustard powder, 7.00-10.00wt% of gluten, and 75.00-80.00wt% of wheat or rice flour.
