PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter forming substrate capable of providing a product with a touch of class by improving an anti-glare property of a light-shielding frame part even under indoor light and a solar light source in a display device of a mobile electronic apparatus that has such a configuration as using the color filter forming substrate in which the light-shielding black frame part is disposed for forming a non-display area across the whole circumference of a display area without using a cover glass, disposing the substrate side at the outermost side (viewer's side), and forming the non-display area.SOLUTION: The color filter forming substrate for a display part of a mobile electronic apparatus is configured that brightness Y in an XYZ colorimetric system of JIS Z8701 obtained from spectroscopic characteristics of a reflectance ratio of the light-shielding frame part that is obtained by measuring reflected light of normal incident light reflected from a glass surface side, by a microspectroscopic apparatus is 3.95 or less. The brightness in the XYZ colorimetric system obtained from the spectroscopic characteristics of a reflectance ratio of the light-shielding frame part that is obtained by a measurement method capable of detecting diffuse reflection from the glass surface side by a spectral calorimeter is 0.05 or less. |
