PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device configured to select tilt motion or telescopic motion of a steering shaft with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A power transmission mechanism 300 of a steering device 1 includes: a rotating member 331 to which rotation of an output shaft 2A of a motor 2 is transmitted; a rotation transmission member 332 for tilt mechanism that transmits rotation to a tilt mechanism 100; and a rotation transmission member 333 for telescopic mechanism that transmits rotation to a telescopic mechanism 200. A switching mechanism 400 is also provided, which moves the rotation member 331 provided between the rotation transmission members 332, 333 to change the position of the rotation member 331 relative to the rotation transmission members 332, 333. The switching mechanism 400 selects a tilt-drive state in which the rotation member 331 is not connected to the rotation transmission member 333 but connected to the rotation transmission member 332, or a telescopic-drive state in which the rotation member 331 is not connected to the rotation transmission member 332 but connected to the rotation transmission member 333. |
