PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder conveying device which is capable of stably conveying powder regardless of amount of stored powder.SOLUTION: A powder container comprises: a powder storage part 66 which stores powder T and of which at least one part is deformable; a discharge part 67 for discharging the powder T in the powder storage part 66 to the outside; and a send-out member 81 which sends out the powder T to the discharge part 67 by moving towards the discharge part 67 side while pushing the deformable part of the powder storage part towards its inside. The pushing amount of the send-out member 81 is configured to be changeable according to the amount of the powder T in the powder storage part 66, and one or more pressure receiving protrusions 66d which come in into contact with the send-out member 81 are formed at the deformable part of the powder storage part 66.
