PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a novel photopolymerizable oxirane-based resin composition having excellent heat resistance, moisture resistance, thermal dimensional stability, weather resistance, workability or the like; a photocurable highly adhesive coating agent and a photocurable adhesive, capable of performing an easy and firm adhesion irrespective of types of various optical films in forming a highly adhesive layer to various optical films or laminating, excellent in curability at a low exposure value, substantially containing no organic solvent and having a low viscosity; and an optical film laminate manufactured using at least one of the resin composition, the coating agent and the adhesive.SOLUTION: A photopolymerizable composition includes 0.5-10 pts.wt. of a photopolymerization initiator (B) relative to 100 pts.wt. of a three-membered cyclic oxirane compound (A), and includes 0.05-3 pts.wt. of water in 100 pts.wt. of the photopolymerizable composition while substantially including no organic solvent. An optical film laminate and a polarizing plate are obtained using the photopolymerizable composition. |
